According to police, the driver of a car that they discovered rolled over in southwest Cedar Rapids is missing.
The police arrived at the scene at C St. SW just north of Ely Road SW around 1:45 a.m. today, where they found a single vehicle rolled over but no driver inside.
Authorities do not know if the vehicle's occupants were injured.
