Officials have determined that the death of a 16-year old Cedar Rapids boy was a suicide, after he was killed while walking south in the northbound lane of Interstate 380 on Monday. The boy was struck by a 36-year old Nashua man at around 1:28 p.m. The accident occurred near the Urbana exit of I-380.
