Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. and the FDA have issued a voluntary recall of 5 oz, 10 oz, and 48 oz packages of Ocean Spray Original Flavor Craisins.

The company has found hairlike, metallic fragments in the packages. Ocean Spray stresses that it is extremely unlikely that the fragments would cause bodily harm to consumers. The recall is precautionary. Ocean Spray and the FDA have not received any consumer complaints related to the recall.
