Iowa State Patrol authorities report that one person is dead and two others are injured following a single-vehicle accident in Henry County last Friday night.

The 25-year-old driver of the vehicle was heading westbound on Salem Road when he lost control of the car. It then left the roadway, entered a ditch, and rolled over a number of times.

A 57-year-old passenger was killed in the crash, while the driver and another passenger, a 26-year-old man, were both injured.

Emergency personnel rushed the two men to Henry County Health Center, where they remain.
